Victoria completed her Bachelor of Laws with Honours at Griffith University in 2013 and completed her Practical Legal Training at QUT, obtaining entrance into the Golden Key Society for Academic Excellence before being admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme and High Court in 2014.
Since being admitted, Victoria has worked in boutique Criminal and Family Law firms on the Gold Coast and has focused on complex Criminal Law Matters, Domestic Violence Matters and Family Law Matters. Victoria prides herself on being able to represent clients in all three areas of law. She can prepare your case with a holistic view so that each area is carefully considered to help achieve your best outcome.
Originally from South Africa, Sonalia spent much of her life in New Zealand before relocating to Australia in pursuit of warmer weather and new opportunities. In 2022, Sonalia was admitted to the New Zealand High Court as a barrister and solicitor. Her approach to practice is client-centric, always prioritising the unique needs and goals of each individual. Outside of work, Sonalia enjoys hot yoga, beach walks, and spending time outdoors with family and friends, finding balance and inspiration in nature and community.
Sonalia is well-versed in complex parenting and property matters.
After completing year 12 in 2023, Abby joined EV Law as an administrative assistant supporting the legal team. In addition to working at EV Law, Abby is completing her bachelor of veterinary technology and enjoys reading books in her spare time.
